Z&Z Investment Group Limited Liability Company was founded in September 2007 with the aim of contributing to the growth and development of the domestic housing stock through the implementation of high-quality construction projects. Over the years, the company specializes in the development, design, and construction of residential buildings and commercial centers.

The company has been based in Pécs since January 2012 and is still based in Pécs under which it maintains an office to ensure the administrative arrangements necessary for the management of works. The parent company of Z&Z Investment Group Ltd. is Tel Dar Holding & Investment Ltd., which has been operating as a family business in Israel since 1992.

The main activity of the company is the sale and purchase of own property under (TEÁOR 6810). Within the framework of the activity, it prepares the construction of modern residential real estate, in cooperation with a construction company, performs the construction of buildings, and all the related task as raising the necessary financial cover and capital, visiting investors, as well as leasing and selling real estate / apartments after the completed construction, as well as the full implementation of the necessary legal, financial and other administrative processes during the entire process. Since the company does not have a construction team or brigade, the implementation of the investments is carried out by reliable contractors with a secure business relationship.

The company has nearly 20 years of experience in the mainland, Israel, which the managers have established through their large-scale investments in the real estate market. In addition to its outstanding reputation, the parent company has gained extensive expertise and experience through the development and implementation of its real estate investments on thousands of square meters during the ownership of our CEO, Avshalom Zuman.
